At SINI, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
